Refund Policies

For any Refund or exchange, Customers will need to pay for shipping Fees. 

We are offering a full refund or exchange, if customers return the products to our store within 7 days of purchased. All products must be in their original packaging and no sign of being worn or used. 


We do not offering refund into cash, All refunds will be convert into Wellington Marine Store credits or Gift Cards. 

All special promotions or discount items, will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

All livestocks are non-refundable


Refund Conditions:

All Products must be arrived inside the original packaging without any sign of damaged. 

All Products must not have any signs of being worn or used.


What if I received a damaged on the package?


If you see any signs of damage on the package, we recommend customers to contact us and send us photo of the damage, before opening the package. 

We will take you through the process, whether you will get a replacement or an exchange

If you are fail to contact us, before opening the package. We shall not refund or exchange the products.
